3200 freq RAM not working with all 4 sticks. Each stick works when paired in either the 1+2 slot or 3+4 slot. It powers on, but no display or anything, doesn't even turn my mouse on. Some troubleshooting I have done is updating bios, resetting the CMOS and using the xmp profile on the motherboard. At first I thought it was the volt because without xmp it only puts out 1.2v where the ram I have needs 1.35v. Any other ideas as to why when I use 4 sticks it resets randomly and doesn't display or power anything.

Psu - Corsair RM 850x
