Fifa 17 low fps on pro camera

Im getting 200+fps on ultra settings using default and other views. Once i use pro camera i max out at 30fps, im very annoyed because i pretty much only play pro career.

Playing fifa 16 i got 200+ on any view.

Specs:

I5 4690k @ 4.5ghz

Sapphire R9 390 8gb

16gb ddr3 ram

I have the same problem. In the menu the FPS doesn't get above 30, player animations in game are also only 30. But when I play it is around 250 FPS but even than it doesn't feel smooth...

I tried calling ea support and they were no help... The guy i talked to had me clear origin cache and when that didnt work sent me instructions on flushing my dns and try the ea connection support page.

I also double checked fifa 16, 180fps on pro camera.
