Can someone build me a pc in the price range of $1600-$1700 Canadian

Solution
A little bit cheaper than what you were asking for, but I want to leave you something leftover for peripherals or the option to go for other more expensive parts if you see fit. My prices are in USD so it works out to about $1450 CAD

You should check out the PC Part Picker. It will enable you to mix and match parts. It also checks for compatibility so if you are new to this, it will provide a helping hand.

Why not a GTX 1060? Same price, or cheaper, than a GTX 970 and you get better performance.
