Computer shuts off randomly, then turns back on?

My computer shuts off randomly and turns back on. Sometimes, it will turn off randomly, then go into a reboot loop. See this video:

It will go like that for a couple of minutes, then turn on and POST.
This has happened quite a couple times over the last few days, and it's starting to get concerning because I'm not sure what the issue is.

Do you have a decent PSU?

Yes, it's an AX860i.
I have an i5 4690K, and no GPU at the moment (it's broken and i'm rmaing that right now) so it should be more than enough to handle what I'm doing.

Two things: computer shuts down due to heat (check with HW Monitor the temperature of your CPU under load/gaming). I don't believe it's the issue since the CPU would start throttling before shutdown (becomes reaaaaaally slow).

However, not sure it's the PSU. Had once a reboot loop (can't recall what I did to solve it) then some months later the Mobo/CPU was dead.
