Hi I am not super technical but I do know a few things. I check my router log randomly as I have a renter and also watch for people trying to access my network. The router has a tough password as do the networks. And I also use access control to approve any new devices. Last week I noticed a change in what I thought was maybe a router update change as the entries seemed more condensed. I didn't notice until today though that all the entries had no dates or times on them and I do know for a fact they did before. The large box that shows the entry logs has the date and time above it. But it is messed up. It says: Current time January 13, 1970 17:53:30. WTF! Have I been hacked? I haven't reset the router yet. But has anyone seen anything like this before?

Solution
Your router attempts to sync time from an external source. You may be able to change where it is sync'ing. It is possible that the specific NTP source is unavailable. What model router do you have?
