I can not for the life of me figure why my dual graphics is not working, the option to turn it on does not show up. I will start by telling you what I have tried. I have updated my drivers to the latest edition, which is Crimson. At first I read that some people were experiencing problems with Crimson, and that some had success downloading the last version of Catalyst Control Center, well I set it up with that, and the current drivers for my APU and GPU, and had no luck. Then after some research I read that you need or needed before some patches to have your RAM running at 1866Mhz, and that some people had success making sure that was correct. My RAM is the RipJaw X Series 1600Mhz. I went into my Bios and increased the voltage for my RAM, and overclocked it to 1866. Started up my PC, checked CCC and the option had still not shown up. The next thing I did was look at all of the YouTube videos explaining how to set up your bios correctly to run dual Graphics. I went into my Bios and turn on IGFX Multi Monitor, made sure my primary device was set to PCIE/PCI. I tried both turning the Integrated graphics to Force with 1gb UMA buffer size, and leaving it on auto neither worked. I gone through all of the help guides on AMD, youtube, and all the suggestions on here, and I am still striking out. There has to be something that I am missing as far as Bios setup, or I am mistaken on my parts being compatable. Below will be my system info, what I am running. I will also post a link to which parts I am using on newegg. If anymore information is needed to help figure this out please ask. Thank you!

I think it's the motherboard. Asus online help is always unavailable so I'm going to email them. If I don't get this resolved then I'm going to be returning the motherboard

It helped in one respect because some comments are saying that the dual graphics won't work if the card is DDR5 (which mine is), However, I've had Crossfire enabled and working (or Dual Graphics) on this system before and now it's not. I can't for the life of me imagine why having DDR5 disables the Dual Graphics option

I've just been speaking to Novatech in the UK and they confirm that because the architecture is different the cards aren't capable of using the Dual Graphics option or Crossfire (whatever) and they won't exchange so thumbs down to Novatech
