Ya, i have done it now two time on two of my computers, 5 times each on both tablets, 3 hard factory resets on cell phones, heres were everyone i talk to goes to a happy place and loose them. I disconct all wifi, cable modem no power.power down everything, turn on the effected computer, he is on in 15 seconds. How is that possible.i have learned things in the past month that scare the hell out of me. I have fended this guy or guys off so long i was bound to learn pretty quick or loose. Not exactly winning. I cut um off by moving quickly to things he has to fix and change them moving closer to the one thing that i really need turned of before ii shut power off.i have to have battery power turned to normal..if not changed back from the state they do all machines i imagine, witch is to keep battery at 2 % power so they can still have a open line and work , then get the power off before he changes it back. Once i feel like i might get a few minutes without them coming back , power back up and see what changes have been made. The icons left behind dont have a program to say, least not that i can find, they do when you click on them want to go home, cant get that info yet. Did put tracker trace on two. One traveled close to veitnam and one in checzlavac.k ...i dont get that one...it does explain them allways changing my language settings. Its what they do in permissions that freaks me out.i know what the other ones did. Normal adminastrator type ones, now adays programs need access to certian files to run. One of the programs had full rights i like to call it.....full access to phone...can use camera and record anytime without owners knowledge or permission. Able to access and program cell tower nods for use in wifi access cell towers for lacations..full access google accounts...change google accounts ...delet google accounts ...view passwords and account info google accounts...that also explained a lot...access to eletronic devices on bodies....heart defibs ...i dont no but thats scary power...these guys are using so much that it is hard not to sound crasy explaining the things i am seeing...redesigned functions in my phone settings to help keep them on...i ask the phone tech guys...they looked at and any engineeri or tech can get that access and do those things...i am niether. I am skipping over a lot...but i got to get some of this out there. Microsoft is the ones that actual teach poeple about the permissions...but clearly state in WINDOWS HELP FILES, that they are not responsible for miss use. Permissions , cards .Once you start looking for something...man i am going to get that new mustang maybe even couple years older... you start to see a lot of mustangs...they use these programs like suits i guess, when they are in the background watching or messing with something the icon they are using is up top left or right corner. You no because that is a icon of a program or game i deleted a while ago and also nothing running right now. My computer has just formated again and ready to program again ....this is my last devise on i hope ...here we go.
