I rebuilt my computer a few months ago and until a few weeks ago it had been perfect. recently i have had significant drops in clock speed and preformance. naturally i have tried uninstalling my oc software, search for drive updates and everything else with no luck. if anyone has any idea on what i can do to fix this issue please feel free to tell me.
