Need help with a d3d error on CSGO

Hi, yesterday I was playing csgo and today when I tried to run csgo I got the following "Failed to create D3D Device" error
I tried multiple thing, including the following
-Restarting my PC
-Shut off my PC
-Updating my graphics card drivers and direct x
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling CSGO
-Tried trouble shooting CSGO
-Tried launching CSGO with: dxlevel 90 method & -h & -w method
etc.
Please help, also this is on Windows 10 by the way

Did you try installing DirectX from the directx_installer folder in the game directory, or just go to the DirectX site? Makes a difference, best to use the one in the game directory.

If you get an error while attempting to install Dx, try it again.
