CS:GO Game Freeze/Stutter Fix?

While playing CS:GO, I have around 120+ FPS on highest settings. My ping fluxes a lot. Like, A LOT. I will go from 39 all the way to 90 at any given moment. Just today I did a Integrity check on steam and it fixed something with directx. During the game my FPS would jut down to 59 for no reason. Anyways, my main concern is ping. Is there any way I can be able to get a stable ping or lower it? Although, yesterday, I did get into a game with constant 39-40ms solid. Any ideas? Thanks.

Wireless performance consistency is often terrible, especially with cheap consumer hardware, which the AC1200 is. It may be expensive for consumer hardware, but it's still "cheap consumer hardware". Anyway, the problem could be anywhere. It could be Windows' network stack, a problem between you and the router, a router issue, between router and modem, a modem issue, between modem and ISP, something the ISP is doing, between ISP and game server, or the game server itself. You might start by running a TRACERT from command prompt.

Internet lag could be due to numerous factors as mentioned above and always random with no specifics. ISP traffic, condition of cable/telephone line, csgo server location etc. Your ISP might be having issues or a cable line somewhere in the country/world might be going through repairs so re-routing your connection to whatever particular server you're playing on.

Your fps stuck at 59 sounds like Vsync is on in game or your gpu drivers.

My fps isn't stuck at 59. I fixed the fps drop problem. In all other games, my ping is fine (50ms~). ONLY in CS:GO will my ping flux between 39-90ms. 100% of the time when the split-second freeze occurs, it is when my ping goes up.

My service provider is Bright House Networks. Off of their main modem that they installed, I have a Linksys Ac1200 WiFi Router for range extension and use of 5ghz bandwidth. From my room, I am using the NETGEAR N300 USB Adapter that is connected to my PC. I cannot see what the problem is.
