Hi everyone,

so, as the title reads, my fps fell quite a lot after I upgraded my GPU.

I was running League of Legends at 200+ fps with my EVGA GTX 560 1GB,
but now I absolutely cannot get more than 61 fps with my MSi Radeon R9 380 4GB

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 slightly overclocked to 3.8Mhz
PSU: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze
RAM: 2x2GB (I dont know the make, they are really old, I ordered new sticks)
Could this be a bottleneck?

All I find, when I search on google, is people having regular fps drops (which I am not), but mine is like now a steady 60 fps whilst it before was a steady 200+

Thoughts, ideas? Help!

have you checked that vsync isnt on, if its not on in game check the radeon control panel to see if its forcing vsync on...

this might be a stupid answer but did you try going to your graphics card control panel and adjusting the setting from graphics to performance in adjust image settings? i think if you have it set on performance it will help rather than quality...if you have it set on quality i think your graphics card will try to pull your fps down to the same refresh rate of the monitor you are using...i may be wrong but thats what ive read

I just hooked up my brother's monitor, it's a lot better than my old crappy one, so I'll be able to test it out now. It might very well be the problem!

It's not forcing vsync on, but I'll check in game now and give it a test run.
