I've recently returned a defective motherboard ,however stupidly I forgot to remove the mounting hardware before sending it back. What do I do? Can cooler master issue me a free replacement?

Solution
Since they sell the kit that BadActor linked to it's doubtful they'll replace parts for free. I suppose if you wanted to ask you could contact cooler master, only they would be able to tell you whether or not they'd be able to send you parts.

They list their contact info, address and phone number on their website. There are various locations depending where you're located in the world to contact them from, north america, europe etc.
