Ok so currently I'm in the process of designing a gaming desk. I have copied the design of this desk.

I need the cover he has got between the two fans on both sides (the window)
I don't know what the windows are made out of so it is hard for me to do this.
The dimension's are 650mm x 412mm.
Also if possible (not compulsory) the black outline looks good so if that could be on there it would be much appreciated but not compulsory.
The window is going to be on two hinges so that I can open it when I need it keep this in mind.
Thanks for any help :)

The window will be plexiglass. Or if you can find a place that'll cut tempered glass, there's always that route. For the black outline, that's easy. On the inside of the plexiglass, tape off an outline and paint it. The front side will be flawless glass. For the fan shrouds, could be either inside painted plexiglass over a wood backing or abs plastic veneer over wood, cut to the size of the fans used. You'd cut the fan shroud in half sideways, smooth off the outer ring then insert the top from the outside and fasten the motor side from the inside.
