Will G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM (F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL) support Gigabyte g41mt-s2p motherbard?

The G41 is a socket 775 which was designed for the DDR3 of the time - which was made with low density memory ICs (chips). Both the RJ X and Snipers are newer lines (post 2010) that use high density memory chips. Best bet would prob be GSkill's NT series of Value DRAM which is still available and made with the old low density ICs

I had good experience with Kingston HyperX 1333 -1600 MHz. modules. If you are not OCing shit out of it, any RAM even without coolers would do just as good job as any most expensive "performance" RAM. Save some money and buy most allowable RAM instead of looking for fast one. Even fastest RAM in the world would ad less than 1% of total performance on systems like that if there's not enough of free memory.

This worked for me. After installing RAM I formatted and upgraded my PC to Windows 10 64bit. Installed all latest software and working fine with good speed. Using it from last 4 days.
