Is It Worth Upgrading To An i5-4460 From An i3-4160 For Gaming?

Hello, i would like to know if upgrading my CPU would be worth it, as in would i get more stable fps (no drops and no spikes)? I'm aiming for stability rather than more FPS

GTX 750 Ti, i know its not powerful but i dont mind if i set the in-game settings to low and they say this card is enough for the latest games for so long as everything is set to low and im thinking since most games require a 4 core processor it would be worth upgrading my processor to an i5 to have stable fps
