My Build:
MOBO: Z170A Pro Carbon
CPU: I5 6600K
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: Corsair LPX Vengeance 16GB 3000mhz White edition
CPU cooler: Noctu u-14s
PSU:???

Should I get the Seasonic M12II EVO 620W 80+ Bronze Fully Modular Power Supply or the Cougar GX800 V3 800W 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply ? Thanks. They are currently the same price in my country. And by the way, I want to overclock both the CPU, RAM and the GPU. Thanks for all the help.

Assuming they are the same price, the Cougar GX800 V3 800W 80+ Gold is better. It can supply more wattage, allowing for upgrades to more powerful GPUs, it's more efficient(Gold vs Bronze), and the higher wattage will mean better efficiency again because it's nearer to 60% usage rather then 80% on a lower wattage PSU.

Completely wrong , the Seasonic M12II EVO 620W 80+ Bronze Fully Modular Power Supply is far superior. EFFICIENCY RATING HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PERFORMANCE.

That Cougar PSU is made by HEC and their quality is horrible , The SEASONIC is very very good , and more than enough power

A ton of Gold rated supplies are inferior to lower rated units.
