intel i3 6098p/6100

It should be fine for the next few years, however nobody knows what situation will be after that. On one hand- CPU manufacturers will be releasing CPUs with more cores than now, because possible IPC gains and clock gains will be very limited after Kaby Lake.
On the other hand- new APUs like Vulkan and DX12 reduce the requirement for the CPU power. Also, game consoles released this year and next still have very weak processors- so multiplatform games should work fine with current desktop processors for next ~6 years.
With situation like this- I think i3 is a very good...

Iam planning to buy. I want to play latest and future games too. My budget is limited. Will i3 6100 3.7ghz with GTX 1060 be enough for latest and future games too?

With situation like this- I think i3 is a very good choice, because it is fast enough right now, is quite cheap, and allows playing games in the next few years without over-investing into unknown.
Regarding the GPU- I'd recommend RX470-RX480 instead of GTX1060. They are just as fast in new games, but have freesync, which makes them way better.
