Ok, so I've been having framerate "problems". It isn't a huge problem, but I feel I should be getting more out of this setup than what I am. I am a pretty big WoW player , and this is where Im having my issue. Im being told by other people with a lesser setup, that they're getting better frame rates. I am only getting maybe 65-70 FPS on max settings, where others are telling me they are getting 200+...
Heres my setup..

-ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Professional Gaming i7 motherboard
-Intel i7 6700k - running at 4.6 Ghz
-Gskill Tridentz DDR4 running at 3200Mhz
-Samsung SSD
-GTX 1070
-850W PSU
-AOC 144hz monitor

I feel I should be getting better frames.. I dont understand what the problem is. This setup should blow this game out of the water. Please help.

Uninstall your current driver using DDU and reinstall the latest one. If this doesn't help, you can try a few other things. Make sure your Bios is up to date, check to make sure you don't have thermal throttling of CPU or GPU, uninstall GeForce Experience and reset game defaults, and lastly, if your OS wasn't a fresh install and carried over from another build, reinstall it.

Thanks, I'll try that stuff out, could have possibly been a problem because just before I tried updating the driver from nvidia, I remember seeing that windows 10 decided it was going to install a driver itself for some reason. Everything was a fresh install, brand new build. But I remember seeing something pop up saying windows has updated your graphics driver or something.
