Whenever I scan a Square design image for my crafting hobby, the resulting scan image is distorted into a rectangle.
This ruins the operation I am trying to do. I have reloaded the software and most current drivers already twice. This produced no change. Windows 10 is functioning perfectly with all current updates, with only this issue. Copy mode of the same square image(s) result correctly in a square copy result. I have searched and searched and cannot find a fix to my problem. HP only gives you 90 days of Tech Support. It is 1 year old and works awesome, other than this problem. [Update] It was the monitor distorting the image. When we tried to printthe rectangular images, they came out square. Sorry!
