I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it isn't worth the effort. The CPU has a locked multiplier, so all OC'ing has to be done with the bclk for only ~a couple hundred MHz bump. Your motherboard would have to be OC capable and have heat sinks on the VRMs. And your PSU would have to be adequate. Then there's the stock cooler. It would have to go or you wouldn't even get the minimum OC before it overheated and throttled back to less than stock speed.
