so I had recently upgraded my CPU from FX 4100 to i5-4670k, got it for $150 CAD. I'm just wondering which is the best GPU for my CPU. Having in mind I probably would be playing COD Infinite Warfare, GTA 5, NFS 2015, etc

monitor is 1440x900 and a 1600x900

Solution
At those resolutions either card is going to just crush any game out there.

Just buy what you prefer & what's the best price
There are too many debates on which is better already on the forums without starting another one
, they're both great cards, they're both more than enough for your needs.

right but I'm going for an upgrade that would last me 2+ years without having to worry in the future

Just the 470 4gb is considerably cheaper , loses about 7% performance to a fully fledged 8gb 480 , & is just plain & simple more than enough for 1600x900 resolutions.

While I would absolutely agree that devil 480 is worth $90 more if budget isn't an issue you don't get $90 worth of extra performance out of it.

Oddly on partpicker the devil is the cheapest 8gb card for Canada - I'd also rate it top 3 out of all the current 480 models available so that is actually a decent price.
