Hey guys, so I moved temporary to a new place for some work and bought tplink WR841N v10, installed ddwrt on it, worked like a charm for couple months until couple days ago my pc net speed decreased drastically, i called the isp they said it might be technical issues on your side so I checked out connecting my wan cable directly to the pc and it works perfectly, no issues at all, then connected to router, speed decreases again. There's four ports at the back of the wifi, tried all, no use, changed the cable, no use. Funny thing though, when I use speedtest.com it shows my actual net speed (10mbps), when i use other speed tests like fast.com or speedofme.com they show the decreased speed i.e below 300kbps, even when connected to wifi on my phone and checking out the speedtest.com app shows 10mbps. Also upgraded my ddwrt firmware. no use. Help me out as i don't want to get another router as I'd be moving back to my hometown in 2-3 months maybe.
