so im on a $200 budget, and im looking at the GTX 1060 3gb or the RX470

gtx 1060 3gb = https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Windforce-Graphics-GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD/dp/B01KQUDE2Y/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1475346841&sr=1-5&keywords=gtx%2B1060%2B3gb&th=1

rx 470 = https://www.amazon.com/MSI-RADEON-470-GAMING-2Displayport/dp/B01JS9F9K4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1475348139&sr=1-1&keywords=rx+470

both are same exact price but idk which to get, also can someone help me out with which brand is best, and is a mini card considered worse.

my specs
cpu = fx-6300 ( i know its weak for these GPU)
mobo = msi 970 gaming
PSU = EVGA 750w b2

Solution
The gtx 1060 is the better card so would probably go for that. I have always stayed with gigabyte and evga. They are great manufacturers! Smaller cards (mini cards) arent worse. They just have less fans. Smaller cards have a harder time Overclocking, as it needs fans to keep it cool. Sometimes smaller cards are more quite as only 1 fan is running.

Choose the card you find the most apealing :)
