As said on the corsair web page for the 400c the maximum gpu length is 370mm, and im not sure whether if the 370mm is measured with or without the front case fan. If it was measured without the front case fans, the push/pull radiator mounted on the front set up would be 75mm(2x corsair sp 25mm fans, 1x240mm radiator), leaving only 295mm for the gpu. The strix 1080 is measured 298mm, so im not sure if that extra 3mm would cause any problems?
Will the Asus Strix 1080 fit in the Corsair 400c if i have a 240mm push/pull radiator mounted at the front?

Max supported GPU length without front fans: 370mm (55mm less than total case depth).
Your GPU is 298mm long, leaving you only 72mm spare room.
Since your radiator setup is 75mm, you'll be 3mm short.

I personally have the 400C, cooled by a front mounted H110i GTX (240mm rad) with a pull-only fan setup, with a Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070 (same size as 1080 version) with a length of 280mm. I have a 37mm gap between GPU and fans, therefore I could manage a GPU up to 315mm. Once you add another pair of 25mm thick fans, the maximum is a 290mm long GPU.
Please bare in mind that the cable management holes in the 400C would be at least half-blocked by the radiator setup if you have a push/pull config with 25mm thick fans and a pretty standard thickness double rad

In your setup, you are using Gigabyte's GPU that is 280mm long. But if you read what OP said then you know that OP is using Asus GPU. All three Asus ROG Strix 1080 GPUs are 298mm long, that makes them 18mm longer than Gigabyte's. If you would use a push-pull configuration then the shortcoming would be 8mm and Asus GPU can't be used.
