Hi ,
This is my current rig :
psu : corsair vs 550
mobo : asus maximus VII GENE
cpu : i5 4690K 3.5GHZ
gpu : gtx 660 Direct CU II OC
ram : 8 gb DDR3 dual channel transcent (667 MHz)

I will be able to do a partial upgrading and i need some help.

-- First about the gpu i was thinking for
GTX960-DC2OC-2GB ASUS but now
GTX 1060 is out so i will be waiting for a price drop .

? I love Asus gpu products (direct cu oc series) should i stick with that or go for other manufacturer ?

-- And last about the RAM.
Ok , i do not know what to do ...
As i can see , my mobo specs for memory are :
4 x DIMM , max 32gb ,DDR3 (O.C) 3300 MHz.
The only things i found (and i can afford) are
G.SKILL 32GB DDR3 2400MHZ RIPJAWSX QUAD CHANNEL KIT
CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 32GB DDR3 2400MHZ QUAD CHANNEL KIT
HYPERX 16GB DDR3 2400MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT
HYPERX 16GB DDR3 2400MHZ QUAD CHANNEL KIT

? Should i go for 32 gb ? quad or dual channel ?manufacturer ?

My plan after this upgrade is to have a rig to handle new games (no ultra settings necessary) for 1+ year and then go for a new mobo with LGA1151 socket and a new i5 cpu (like MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT : ) and I5-6600K 3.50GHZ)

Thank you all for reading and i am sorry for the long post.

Solution
If it's for gaming mostly 16 GB, dual channel is more than enough. No sense throwing money for more since you are going to change to DDR4 with new system. That high speed is not too important either.
Buy yourself an SSD instead.
