This is my first build, budget is around £360
What do you think of this please?

Also I'm trying to find a silent as possible CPU cooler, I wont be overclocking or doing anything intense so performance wise it doesn't really matter, but just as silent as possible for as cheap as possible
Also do you think any other component will have noticeable noise? I heard that the 7200rpm on the hard drive will be noticeable
