So I have a friend who doesn't know how to build a computer at all and I'm unfortunately too far away from her to be able to build it for her, so she's looking to buy a prebuilt gaming PC. I tried convincing her to buy parts and find out how to build a computer, but there's no way that she's going to/to be able to do it. She however is willing to upgrade as time goes on. She just mainly wants something to start out with. So as the title says, what is the best (somewhat) prebuilt gaming PC for $500 or less? She plans on buying games like Overwatch, Black Ops 2, and Garry's Mod.

Please don't say "It's so easy to build a computer! Just try to convince her more!" or something along those lines because I have already tried convincing her. She just wants a prebuilt for now to be safe.

Alright she wants to upgrade it? well thats part of building it.
And FOR 500 DOLLARS you get a crappy psu and and mobo and this can result into an expensive joke.
We helped people that couldnt build a chair from ikea furniture , it took us a whole day but he managed , the fact we used easy plug and play components.
so my tip to you is tell her: you cannot have what you want for that budget, because safe and prebuild 500 dollars dont go together.

She's fully aware of how crappy a prebuilt 500 dollar gaming PC is going to be. She understands she won't be able to play most games at high or even medium settings sometimes, but this is all she can do for now. She's completely new to PC gaming so she doesn't want to spend a lot of time and money into building a PC she might not even use. She's more just seeing if she wants to actually get into PC gaming so she just wants a SIMPLE PC to start out with. No matter how crappy it may be.

I find it funny you would link me that as if I was stupid. That PC probably would barely even run Minecraft. I have seen plenty of PCs that can at least manage to play some of the games she's wanting to get. Some that are way better than that. I just came here to see if I could find some smarter people than me to help find the best prebuilt $500 PC. Not get a reply from someone who went on amazon, searched "desktop" (I can see what you searched http://prntscr.com/copcto) and filtered it to $500 dollars.

Refurbished, and on sale for $499.99 right now. The specs are pretty decent for a pre-built. I can't find anything better than this, even used on Ebay:
