Building a computer:
Issue #1.
Components: Maximus VIII Hero, Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8gig DDR4, EVGA 850 GQ PS, GForce GTX 1070 graphics, Genome Deepcool Case. When started up errors, no display, then shut offs constantly. after days of research seemed it was the Mobo. Returned the mob and decided to go with the Z170 A Xpower Gaming Tit. Again more issues but after researching the codes, seemed it was the memory, replaced that with Skill RipJaws4.
Issue #2:
We had this started up enough to install Windows 10. Did not install the graphics card. let it run for a while and it seemed fine. the next day installed the graphics card and it stopped working with more errors. Removal of the card, and still we get more errors same as the first try with the old parts. Now it won't boot up even going back to bare bones.. again.
What issue could we be looking at now? which part should I replace, return, or scrap? Spent a good amount of money for what seemed to be a master piece of awesome that I could afford and now we aren't getting anywhere.
Codes we have gotten: E0, 23, D0, 27, 40. After graphics install, E0 and D0. We have shifted the ram, reseated the cpu, cleared cos, moved the fans around; have basically done everything the research has told me to do over the past few days.
Looking for some sort of answers here before we return the whole shebang.
