That mobo is perfectly fine if you are planning on using locked CPUs like an i3-6100. You can also use a 6500 but the RAM channels would be limited.
Edit: Yes it's also good for gaming. MSI boards usually have a lot of gaming features.
ill be using an i5 6600 NON-K and 16 Gb ddr4 2133 ..
Sound good?
For an i5-6600 (non-K), a B150 or an H170 motherboard would work better. It is better optimized for those CPUs. H110 motherboards are more moved towards i3s and Pentiums. You can also still just use the H110, as they all share the same compatibility with the i5-6600
will using this one impact performance?
Sorry for the late answer. Anyways, the answer is yes and no. B150 and H170 preform better in gaming and other tasks, as well as quality control, when paired with the right CPU. The H110 boards move towards i3s and Pentiums because it is a weaker platform in those tasks, so we add in i3s and Pentiums to balance out performance. i3s and Pentiums are good at running single-channel RAM, which is what the H110 is also good in these tasks. The B150 boards have 4 RAM slots for i5s because the i5 is mainly good at running dual and quad channel RAM. But whatever, the choice is yours.
what mobo do u recommend? the h170 kind
Well, for starters, if your wallet agrees with you, if would get this:

There is another MSI board in the same price range, but it isn't as praised as this one. Asus gaming motherboards also have a lot of gaming features and they have better QC than MSI boards, so everything stays just peachy.
