Better is a relative term. The Sapphire has a slightly faster core clock out-of-the-box. But OC'ing can offset that.

Probably MSI. I don't have the card, if I was to choose, I suppose I might go with MSI, Powercolor, XFX, or maybe Asus. I really like Sapphire, though not sure whether its the best choice for this card, its supposedly one of the potentially louder of the lot. Worth noting too, commentary for MSI's 480 is among the most positive on both Amazon and Newegg.

the sapphire version would look hot with my rig, mt pc is white and black build, sound isnt a prob since i have sound dampeners all over my pc case
