I recently built a new computer and I tried installing Windows 7 onto my new computer and during the installation process my keyboard and mouse stopped working so I kept trying and eventually my whole computer stopped turning on. I test my psu and it works fine so that's not the problem. When I turn my computer on the fan turns on, the cpu starts for a second then stops, and there's a light on my motherboard next to DRAM.
