LGA 1155 vs 1150

My current specs:
Mobo: MSI H61-P31/W8
CPU: Intel G2030
RAM: 8GB

I'm planning to buy MSI B150M Night Elf but my current cpu isn't compatible to this mobo. Is it worth to buy this mobo and buy a new CPU or not? If yes, can you guys suggest any CPU that is compatible to this mobo. I don't have any problem when it comes to budget. Thanks in advance!

Nope. In my opinion, you should wait at least three CPU generations before making an upgrade. However, given your current processor, upgrading to a higher end (I5/I7) current generation processor should provide you with a significant productivity boost (depending on your current usage).

You should save up for a I3 6100 on a 1151 motherboard because the 1151 is going to be used in next gen processor (Kaby Lake).
