I am building a new rig, I wanted to know whether there are any potential bottleneck issues with this build.

CPU:
Intel Core i5 6600K, Skylake, Quad Core, 3.5GHz, 3.9GHz Turbo [Overclocked to 4.6GHz)
Cooling: Corsair Hydro H45 cooler with single SP120L fan
Case: NZXT Source 340 Compact [White with Window]
Motherboard: Z170 Pro Gaming
Memory: 16GB (2x8GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX Black, 3000MHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 4GB (already own)
PSU: 550W Corsair CXM, Semi Modular, 80PLUS Bronze - Single GPU
Storage: 250GB Samsung 750 EVO, Read 540MB/s, Write 520MB/s, 97K IOPS (OS)
Extra Storage: LN50977 1TB

Total Cost £932.50

Thoughts?
If there are any changes, keeping it around the same price.

I'd switch out the PSU.
Corsair CXM series is upgrade to their Tier four CX series. Currently the CXM stands in Tier three.
PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For your build, try to get atleast Tier two PSU, preferably tier one if you could afford it.

I suggest Seasonic PSUs.
Seasonic S12II-520 is a solid pick (80+ Bronze, fully wired, Tier two)

Or if you want better, you can also go for Seasonic X-650 (80+ Gold, fully modular, Tier one)
