How can I protect my gaming PC from vibrations when transporting it?

Greetings all!!

I will have to move my PC soon from point A to point B and will have to walk ten/fifteen minutes to get to the bus and take a few different busses to reach my destination. Normally I just take my laptop but since I have a few days off I want to bring my PC with me so I can do some gaming to pass the time. I have the original cardboard box that my case was shipped in and I still have the Styrofoam as well. The case is a Mini-ITX Fractal Design Core 500 so very small and easy to move. The cardboard case box fits inside a cloth bag that has handles but I am not sure I can carry the case the whole walk to the bus.

Should be fine but I am thinking of getting some kind of trolley bag with wheels that I can slide the box into and then just drag the PC behind me. The only problem is that I am worried that the PC will get vibrations from the gravel on the drive way. Would this be a problem and cause things like the RAM and hard drive to get unseated? I have a regular HDD not an SSD hence my concern. I was thinking of building a wooden box the same size as the cardboard one and sticking the Styrofoam inside it and attaching the box to handles and wheels. Would that work better and safer then cardboard to protect the PC? I could even water proof it for rain resistance cause it rains loads here. I move back and forth all the time so this would be a great help. Some advice would be greatly appreciated with this matter!

Many thanks in advance!!

The hard drive is most susceptible to damage. Removing it and placing it in an anti-static bag and then wrapping in bubble wrap would protect it. The graphics card may be a good idea to do the same with. If you have a large aftermarket CPU cooler, I would remove it and carry it separately as well. The other connections you should just check when you reassemble.

Only problem is that my case is tough to put back on since the top and the sides are connected and they do not line up very well so I would like to avoid taking it off if I have to. Although I might just do that anyway.
