I'm wanting to upgrade my pc, mainly for better performance while gaming.
Currently, I have an amd a8 6600k apu, and a gtx 960 2gb.
I'm torn between which I should upgrade first, as both were purchased on a budget. Any advice would be helpful! :)

Upgrade the card later , go with something like this.

I would get a full CPU.
First of all, make sure your PSU is good (model, wattage?)
I would get an Intel CORE i5 for good gaming performance but all the stuff you need for it totals to 300, so what is your budget?
Depending on your games, the i3 6100 might work also. What games do you play?

Furthermore, if you can wait, AMD (the budget maker) has a new set of CPUs coming out sometime in early 2017, so you might even wanna try waiting for those. I have heard from friends the GTX 960 isn't that bad of a card, until you get to high resolution / high framerate / epic settings. If you wanna run on high at 1080p at 60Hz then the 960 will probably be good for a while, then get one later on.

My PSU is a corsair VS650, and i know the 960 isn't a bad card. That said, i do only have the 2gb edition, which isn't ideal. If i were to get an i5, which would be the best choice? My budget is about £400.
