Hi,

I have once again turned to this forum for help, my brother has a pretty old pc setup and he wants to upgrade to something that can play xenoverse 2 properly.
Hes got this:
Mobo: 785gm-e51
Gpu: 2gv amd sapphire R7 200 series
Cpu: AMD athlon II x2
Ram: 8gb ddr3 533mHz

he wants to start with a new cpu, budget of a 100 euros and i can get it without the 21% tax.

It depends which one, but, actully they are pretty much obsolete.

Nope. No starting with a CPU as no upgrade on that platform is merited and would be money thrown away. He needs a CPU + MB + RAM.

Can't class it like that. Not without adding a GPU. It's teh cheapest worth getting(literally!) but by no means weak and you can pretty much run any game at max depending on the GPU.
