from what it looks like its been asked alot but want more personal stuff i guess. ive been thinking about switching over and heres what i have to what im switching to:

4x4gb 16gb ddr3 1866 corsair @ 1600 (cant run 1866)

2x8gb g skill ( not sure what ram speed is best ?)
GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD5 TH (just seems like the best pick for me)
I do alot of gaming and but id like to do more streaming and such just havnt and yes i do need those usb ports. plus i play some emus
