I recently got parts to build my first PC and I found a power supply hanging around in a box in my house, so I built it up and tried to power it on, connections were fine PSU was turned on, mains was on, the lead was not faulty and I found out my PSU was broken and so I can't test my motherboard and I have not got enough money for a new PSU yet and I need to test my motherboard is there any way I can possibly test it without power or can I get a different source of power?
