Do I need coolant with my closed loop system?

So I ordered a Lepa Aquachanger 240 to go into my new as I've said in other posts this will be my first build on my own outside of a classroom setting (A+) and my first time ever dealing with a liquid cooling system. My question is am I going to need to get a coolant to put in the cooling system or will there already be some within the radiator? I read the manual online and they said nothing about how to install coolant or recommendations on the type or how much coolant to use which makes me think there may be some in the radiator already. If not is deionized water fine or should I use mineral oil(I've seen suggested, not sure of the validity) or something like PrimoChill PC ICE Non-Conductive Water Cooling Fluid?

All closed loop coolers come with their own coolant and are not meant to be serviced - you'll never have access to the coolant that's already in the loop.
