first time building gaming pc $1200

So i'm planning on making a PC. My budget is around 1200. My needs are a gtx 1070 mini. A Intel i5 6500 or 6600 processor, not the 6600k because i won't be overclocking and a monitor that has a good response time and 60+ frame rate and 24" or 27". Probably this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014577) Also i don't need a HDD and a ssd, just a 500 gb ssd is fine. The other things don't really matter as long as its compatible and the Intel stock cooler is the one i will be using as i will not be overclocking. I'm not including the keyboard and mice in this budget but tips would be helpful. I also need win10 64bit Also i'm building it over the summer so there is time to look for good deals, etc

Since you're asking for a GTX 1070 Mini, I'm assuming you're doing a Mini-ITX build, right?
