I installed a new HDD because i was running out of space on the old one. I took the easy route and cloned the drive. Now however some of my games don't work properly. (Graphical errors, sound cuts, Stuttering and Crashing). I've tried re-validating the files on steam and just about every time i do it it fails to validate 1 or 2 files. This is a problem because i dont have the best internet(no i cant get any better) and file validation takes 4-5 hours. I've also gotten Memory management errors and ive updated and validated my drivers to little avail.
Below is my DxDiag

Hey there, Lance.

You should start with backing up your most important data, just to be on the safe side. After that go ahead and download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and run the tests, to see if anything alarming pops-up. You should also try the drive with a different SATA port and different cables (both data and power), or even better - with a different computer, to see if you'll experience the same problems.

Since you've mentioned memory errors, go ahead and run e memory diagnostic tests as well, to see there are any issues with your RAM.

Hope that helps. Please keep me updated.

The memory test showed no errors and the HDD test showed no bad partitions. I'm currently testing a solution that wI'll take 2-3 days. (thanks slow internet) I'm re-downloading a game that I haven't played recently but I know it's having the same errors as other games. I didn't want to have to do the Neuclear option but I'll see what this does and report my progress when I have further answers.
