Memtest86 shows wrong speed

Solution
1| Can you please share the specs to your ram? To that effect please pass on your full system's specs.
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| It's probable that your ram has an X.M.P profile that is 3466MHz however it is known that memtest at times can display the wrong frequency. If your memtest is stable(without errors) after 10 passes then you've got nothing to worry about.
