Heyo!
I'm curious as to how FH3 will run on my PC and what settings I should run it at with the following specs if I get the game:
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core(TM) i5-6400 @2.7 GHz with up to 3.2 GHz Turbo Boost
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB
Memory: 8GB DDR4 RAM
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
It's a pre-built... I'll provide a link to the page too.

Thanks for your input.

Solution
medium preset at 60fps on 1080p should be doable, can't get much more specific than that.

This would be much better for FH3 though, and cheaper, but you have to build it yourself: (Microcenter may have these parts and have them cheaper than the online stores do as well) (If you need it to have wifi that's only a like $25 extra dollars)

Building your own computer is easy. Building it takes 2-3 hours, and installing windows takes about 30mins to 45mins, and after that downloading and installing drivers takes another 30-45 mins. After all that, have it download windows updates at night, it may take a 2-4 passes to get them all.

Installing Windows:

Protip for installing drivers safely, install them one at a time and restart the computer after each install to avoid breaking the OS, which can happen if you try to install them all at once.

Thank you, as I am a teenager with no job etc I will stick with my current setup, maybe if I get money for the holidays I might get a GTX1060 6GB GPU and something like 8 gigs of extra RAM. Thanks for the solution, I will look back on this if I ever need to tinker with things.

Ah, i thought you were considering buying it, if you already have that, than yeah it's fine.
