Any help would be appreciated the only 2 slots recognizing devices are being used up by keyboard and mouse. The other slots provide power but don't recognize for instance my headset lights up but doesn't function beside that. The devices work on other computers, usb controller is turned on in BIOS, according to device manager all usbs are working and up to date on drivers. The fixes i've tried are resetting BIOS to default settings, uninstalling usb controllers from device manager and restarting to auto reinstall them( I've tried this particular step numerous times), turning off fast start-up, turning off allow the computer to turn off this device to save power on USB root hub xHCI, I can't install my headset drivers because they need a program called razer synapse to do so, and since the headset isn't being recognized it doesn't show up in that program either. This started happening 2 days ago when i did a windows 10 reset that wiped everything. I downloaded USB troubleshooter tool but it can't run it tells me this, https://gyazo.com/18a459d8f4be79b8cbb1cfd3378fb26b
however device manager tells me it's installed and working fine

again any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Did you download and install the drivers for your motherboard from your motherboards product page? you need to.

Reseting windows 10 would wipe those drivers, and they're needed for things, like the USB, and possibly ethernet.
