So after literally months im finally getting back to building my first ever PC. I have the case, HDD, PSU and peripherals. Need a little advice for the next few things though:

After much researching (concluded with the bottleneck sticky on this GPU forum) im confident my i5 4460 wont bottleneck a gtx 1060. The reason im buying such an old cpu is due to my budget. how is this mobo with it?

ASRock H97 anniversary 1150LGA

It was the one that was recommended to me back when i was planning on using a gtx 950 with this build. It should still be fine with the 1060, right?

My goal is to game @1080 around high, maybe max settings btw. Mostly playing old-ish games like WoW and Skyrim. Also, with that mobo what are my options with a SSD? could i add one later? sorry im a complete noob at this stuff. I'm getting 8gb of ddr3 1600 ram, if that matters for anything here.
