Upgrading FX-4300 to FX-6300 worth it?

Hey, I just found FX-6300 used for 60€, which is half of what it costs new in my country. Would this upgrade be worth it from FX-4300? My motherboard (ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX) only supports max 95W CPU's so there's not many options available, unless I just change the mobo and get an Intel CPU. Also, my GPU is GTX 650 but I have planned to upgrade it to GTX 960 or 1060 soon. The games I would play are GTA V, DayZ, Arma 3, Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 when it releases, how much better performance would I get in them?

Solution
DayZ and Arma3 are both poorly threaded and will perform no better, and maybe worse on the FX-6300 due to its lower clockspeed. These games already perform very badly on FX CPUs due to very poor IPC. However, GTA V and Battlefield are well-threaded and should show nice gains from moving to the 6-core.

A GTX 1060 is poorly matched with either CPU. Although you'll see large gains from a GPU upgrade in GTA and Battlefield, expect terrible performance in Arma and DayZ anyway. You might not even see any framerate increase at all.

Alright, thanks. I think I'll just upgrade my GPU first and think about getting some Intel CPU later on.
