Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.7GHz (8 CPUs) bottleneck a GTX 1070?

Will this Processor be able to handle a GTX 1070, if it will bottleneck how much of an impact would it actually have?

Other Specs:
12GB Ram
M/B Gigabyte Z68AP-D3

Not much bottleneck really should be ok, but I would recommend overclocking the 2600k to 4Ghz+ to get the best performance.

Also you may want to update the bios to the latest version, as some people on Z68 boards have noted some incompatibility with the newer graphics cards until a bios update has been done.
