Are graphic card OK with other slot other than 1st pcie slot

HI, first time be here
I am using MSI GODLIKE CARBON+ Nocua NH-D15 as cooler
and the cooler blocks my first pcie slot.....
Can I put my two titan x pascals in other slots? If I do, will this affect the influence
