Here's a walkthrough for ASUS boards. A little older, but I don't believe the process has changed. http://smarttechtips.blogspot.ca/2012/08/how-to-donwngrade-asus-bios.html Unless you're having problems with your current BIOS revision, the only assumption I have is you want to re-enable to OCing features?
