Whole story is I bought Fallout New Vegas on xbox 360 and got it today to play on my xbox one, I would have bought it from the MS marketplace but I saved about £12 getting it from Amazon.
Here's the thing, disc two looks absolutely fine but disc one has an almost cloudy appearance to it underneath the disk, cleaning the disc does nothing. I'll attach an image in this post.
So putting this disc in my xbox one, will it mess up the drive itself? I'd rather not brick my xbox one if I can help it lol

You can just faintly see the line where the problem occurs. I can't force the layers apart though it just looks weird.
